Uhaul Rentals Rental business, trailer, don’t know where they are located just an 800# and no response. Rented a trailer in Colville Washington one-way to Green Valley Arizona. At the time of the rental the trailer came with 7 days, the dealer added one day to make it 8 days. He wrote this on the contract and signed it. When I got most of the way here, within 200 miles I found out that the place I was to unload would not be ready until May 29th. My 8 days would expire on May 26th. So I called the reservation number to inform them I would need to keep the trailer 3 additional days. The 800 # could not help me and said I would have to talk to the scheduling manager at yet another 800#. This guy was a total jerk and I’m sure (hopeful) not a manager. He said they would just report the trailer stolen. Stolen, you idiot I’m on the phone right now telling you I have the trailer and will be late. (when I rented the trailer the 800# told me additional days would be 20.00 per day). Not according to this guy. I would have to take the trailer to the chosen location, check it in and re-rent it! But I’m not at the end location as I have no place secure to store the trailer there. I’m 200 miles away at friends where I can store it in a secure location. Customer service… no help they just give you another 800# to call.. The new number is my “regional office”. I call and get put thru to Cassandra…you guessed it, voicemail!!!! So after 24 hours of calling I’m no closer to the end than when I started. These people don’t know what the heck they are doing. Pathetic.
