Buyer Beware!!!!

We purchased a new car here. The sales staff made promises to us regarding the sale, but after we signed the contract, they basically pushed the car, and us out the door without keeping their promises! Shady sales tactics, lied to us, and basically said "oh, so sorry" still without trying to make things right. Their service dept. isn't any better. Had to take our car in three times in the first week. Spent a total of eight hours there waiting for our car, over the three day period. They would not offer us a ride home, or a courtesy vehicle, failing again to try to do the right thing. No concern for the consumer!

Buyer Beware!!!!

We've been loyal Chevy Customers, buying 2 of our Chevys from Steve Peters, getting our cars serviced there for over 10 years; even before it was owned by Steve Peters!!! Recently, we took in our car for service; our car was falsely diagnosed (costing $800); hence they DIDN'T FIX the issue. Now we have a car that continues to shut off and Steve Peters Chevy wants to charge us NEW REPAIR COSTS for the SAME problem; and of course no loaner car was offered. A total bait and switch!!!
