Complaint for Lamb's Tire & Automotive Center of GoodYear

I went to Lamb’s Tire & Automotive Center located at 10740 Research Blvd Austin TX 78759 on Feb. 8th to do

oil change for Ford Taurus. At that time, their advisor recommended to do Brake System Flush and Power Steering flush.

I agree for Brake System Flush and they almost charge me another $80 to do the job. However, job was not satisfactory

and I again went back after couple of week to make sure that Brake System Flush was done properly. One of their advisor

check and told me that it is done OK.

Within two/three month, steering wheel started pulsating. This time, I went to other company to check my brake system.

They suggested to change front pad as well as Brake system fluid. I told them that brake system flush is done on Feb and

it should not fail within 3 month. Other company show me the stripDip result which clearly show that Brake fluid fail the test.

I have to get another brake system flush done and paid another $90.

My complaint is that by doing oil change at cheap price, Lamb’s Tire & Automotive try to recommend other services and

fool customer by charging more money and doing inferior job. I am not a mechanics but since they did inferiorjob, due to that,

brake started giving problems and I ended up spending another $200 to get done brake as well as Brake system flush job.
