A&E Appliance Repairs Sucks A&E Appliance Repairs sucks big time. The service guy came to my house to fis my dishwasher and he broke the appliance. All he hadto do is change the dishwashersoap dispenser and he made the appliance leak water all over the kitchen floor and he didn't even fis the dispenser. I threw him out of my house never to return. I will NEVER use A&E Appliance Repairs again. I have registered complaints with Whirlpool & the NJ BetterBusiness Bureau.

The door locked and I could not get it to unlock. I called Sears to send out someone since it was still un warranty, They gave me an 9 hour, yes 9 hour window for the service tech to show. He shows and pulls out his lap top, types in the code that was displayed on the washing machine. I had already looked up the code on the internet it was F22 for a bad door lock. The tech said looks like a bad door lock. I expect him to go to the truck and get one (wrong). He gets back on the lap top orders the part and said it it will be shiped to me in 4 to 6 days. When i receive the part to call back and make another appointment to get it installed. It arrived in about 4 days, I call back and yes I was given another 9 hour window. A different TECH shows this time. He installed the latch but it did'nt work. so he messes with the wiring and found it was the plug that go to the latch thats bad. He gets on his lap top and orders a new wiring harness. You probaly know by now I have another 9 hour window waiting for me. Well while speaking to this tech he tells me that he works for A&E repair that belongs to Sears, but they also contract to Home Depot, Lowes, HH Greg, and Best Buy. This explains why it takes so long to get service and why they carry no parts. I am really dissapointed in Sears and will never buy from them again. I will have to lose time from work for the third time, so I'm not sure the extended warranty was worth it after all.
