cellone security deposit refund

I had surrendered my BSNL Cell One Mobile (no 9414023070) SIM Card to BSNL bharatpur Officeall dues have been cleared. But unfortunately I have not received the refund amount of Rs.2000/- as Security deposit till date inspite of repeated persuasion. On contacting Customer Care. I was told that my above mobile stands disconnected and dues position is nil.

I,therefore, would like to request you to kindly advise the concerned to expedite my payment as more than 3 months have already lapsed since surrendering the Sim Card.
