Gum order from Barnegat Candy LLC

Hello,

I ordered some gum on April 3, 2007 and still have not received my order which was already charged to my credit card in the amount of $47.95 +7.99 shipping.

I've e-mailed them requesting status of shipment with no response. How do I go about getting my money back or getting my order.

This is very poor business behavior and hope something is done to correct the problems with this company.

I too ordered from this company, but I did not pay my bill. I ordered Jordan almonds in March 2008. The confirmation came right away and it is now May with no word from them. I emailed 3 times and left 6 phone messages, no response. They should be kicked off the net!
