Target Pharmacy

Target Pharmacy I went to the Target Pharmacy in Evanston, IL today, Saturday, May 19. I was the only customer waiting for my prescription. Waiting and waiting and waiting. I did hear the older lady pharmacist laughing hysterically and talking very loud on the telephone (everyone probably in the whole store heard it probably as well). Finally about 10 minutes later, a woman appeared and asked if I needed something. I told her I was picking up a prescription (I did not want generic). I was given the generic though. I said I called a few days and made sure. Older lady pharmacist came up to me and screamed that generic is good enough. I used the cream on my face because I have rosacea and certain stuff burns. She was furious and made me look like I was some terrible person. Yea, I did finally get the non-generic one but by that time I was furious (actually what the pharmacist sort of screamed people started to come in line). I have been getting the same prescription, same pharmacy for over 10 years. No more. Truly, truly unprofessional. Talking to Target customer service is a joke too. _____ See what's free at AOL.com.
