I had carpet installed and had a 9am appt, the manager called at 11am to say

they would be late. They showed up at 3pm. I had originally been told the

job would take 5 hours. I planned on taking one day off from work. The job

ended up taking 9 hours because one of the employees was brand new and it

was his first day. They left the first night at 8pm and came back the next

morning. Needless to say I had to take an extra day off work and the

manager refused to give me a discount on my carpet. He felt the HUGE

inconvenience and hassle to me was not worth a discount even thought I had

to take an additional day off. Had they not showed up 6 hours late the job

would of been done in one day. I found this to be poor management as this

job was a total disaster. I will never buy anything from US Tile and

Carpet, nor would I recommend them. This is poor management skills and bad

customer service
