When I call BankofAmerica, they would not remove the charge without contacting your company first. I contacted your customer service and they would only provide partial refund of $89.99. It is obvious that this deceptive interstate trade. April 3, 2004 89.99 March 12, 2005 99.99 March 11, 2006 119.99 March 17, 2007 119.99 Canceled 5-16-07 (89.99 credit) I believe that these charges were made under deceptive trade. These services were not accepted and in fact your company was timely notified that the services were not desired. Please credit may account immediately in the amount of $339.88. If your company does not provide credit within 30 day, please accept this as notice to file suit in a Harris County Court in the State of Texas. It appears that your company along with BankofAmerica is frauding many people in other states besides Texas. See attached complaints.com, Tracy.
