This company called and harassed my parents and I for months.

Not only did this company's representatives cuss at me (to F*** off, etc) and my parents but they proceeded to tell me to pawn my vehicle and that I was a worthless, bad person.

After months of this harassment and the representatives making my parents extremely upset I decided to enter into a settlement agreement with this company so they would LEAVE US ALONE, plus I had finally gotten to the point where I could pay this back.

I completed this settlement to 100% satisfaction of the terms agreed upon between myself and NCO in early October of 2006.

In late October 2006, NCO called my parents who live in a different city than I do and the representative proceeded to tell my mother that I was a "good girl" and I made all of my payments on time but now I owed more money.

(NOTICE THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS, even though they had my phone number and address...no letters, no phone calls to me!!!!)

Then he proceeded to disclose not only the amount of each payment, what dates the payments were taken out of my bank, but MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER to my mother!!!!!

He then cussed her out again once she told him that they were harassing her and not to ever call her again because this was my debt as she had told them before and I lived elsewhere. I called NCO and spoke with NCO's "legal" department shortly after my mom had called me and told me what had occured and they stated that I had satisfied the agreement and that they would research their tape recordings of the conversations.

Now, it is May of 2007 and I have received a letter from a different collections agency for this SAME debt that was already settled with NCO in 2006.

I have spoken to the representatives of this other company and have sent them a dispute letter along with proof of the payments that I made as per my settlement agreement with NCO.

I do not know how to proceed from here, can anyone give me some advice?
