cancelled subscription and still getting charged for it

cody gilligan cancelled twx in jan of this year had no contract and is still getting charged for this service,id # is 8686933 070514.he doesn't recieve a bill or a reciept for this so this is all the info i have.please respond to Email User would like to have a refund for these months.thank you for your attention to this matter.
