FW: Six months of call for my refund. I have waited for more than six months and just yesterday I talked to customer relations and no reply as of yet. After a long wait for my refund. I am still having trouble with united airlines refund. I have waited six months and I paid the amount more than five months in advance. It is almost one year with no refund and the united airline is ducking with no answer to my refund. I would like to investigate their practice of all refunding money to a legitimate customer. This is the height of money squeezing from a hardworking citizen. I have called at least more than 30 times and still I have the same lip service that I will be refunded within 7 business days. Please investigate and report the misuse of my fund by big airlines. Each time I got the same answer that my refund will be processed in seven business days. I talked to William, Rex id #r91,Austin id #r73 and Neil #r48. Each time I call I have to explain that my connecting flight from London to Mumbai was cancelled and the United Airlines flight from Washington to London were all full to make any changes from Washington to London flight to accomodate my London to Mumbai flight. All London to Mumbai flight were also full. This has been more than six months of unresponsive treatment from United Airlines to process a simple refund. I get agitated with customer service department who are not doing their jobs. I am tired of calling this number. I need my money to my account. Your irresponsiveness by the refund department which you have outsourced is ridiculously slow in refunding my money which I have been asking for more than six months. What is going on I am not sure but it so sure. There is no way to track my refund process without calling. It has such a lousy response I cannot expect from United. I need reply my email asap. I need to know what you are doing to complete this refunding process.
