My husband and I ordered (and pre-paid 566.47$) 100 custom playing cards to give as favours at our wedding. We were promised delivery of the product 4-6 weeks later. 10 weeks later (4 days before our wedding) we cancelled our order after receiving an email from Best Invites explaining that they were out of the color we wanted. We asked for a refund at that time (January 30 2007) and haven’t received it yet (May 2007), despite weekly phone calls and email reminders. We were assured many times that our refund would be processed by a certain date, but it never was.

Even our lawyer has tried contacting them – but Sean Loewe (the person who answers the phone) will not let us talk to the manager, Ron Bester. And Ron has not returned any of our lawyer’s calls.
