Chevrolet Tahoe / Misled by Sales People Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall 7070 Cherryvale North Blvd. Rockford, IL. 61125 My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ from Lou Bachrodt. Before we purchased it we informed the sales people and sales manager of all the options we wanted on the vehicle. They both informed us that the Tahoe we purchased had all the options we wanted on the vehicle they had they had in stock. We specifically informed them we wanted turn by turn, a service provided by OnStar. They both informed us that yes, this vehicle had that option. After we decided to purchase the $50,000 plus vehicle we find out several days later that it cannot do turn by turn by OnStar as we were informed it could and had on it. Lou Bachrodt and the General Manager there John Widiger have stated they are closing the case and basically are calling my wife and I liars and that their sales people told us before we bought the vehicle it could not do turn by turn, which is 100% not true. I would like to let everyone know to NOT do business with these people as they are as unprofessional as anyone I have ever come into contact with in my 46 years of living. If your planning on purchasing a vehicle weather it be used or new, please save yourself a lot of headaches and buy some where else.
