Sears dishwasher and disposal installation issues I am a long time Sears customer who has previously purchased washers, dryers, dishwasher, stove and numerous other appliances from Sears and have generally been happy with their products. What has happened to this old line company and their customer service? I recently bought a new dishwasher and disposal online along with installation by a Sears contractor for both items. After a very slow and complicated delivery process their installer will not ever call me back. I have a new dishwasher sitting in the crate in the garage and the disposal in the box in the house. I paid two hundred dollars for installation and no one at Sears seems to give a darn whether the installer ever comes or not. The installer does not return my repeated messages. The installation 800 number does not seem to know how to contact the installer despite me giving them the installer's name and number. Instead of helping solve my installation problem the Sears customer service person was perfectly willing to give me my money back without even trying to solve my problem. I then decided to return both items but was instead I transferred to phone hell to marinate and left there. What a way to run a business! I'll never buy anything from Sears again. Never ever order anything from Sears online as they simply do not care about delivery or installation issues. Kenmore goodbye.
