Lowe's Platinum Visa

Apparently the Lowe's Platinum Visa accounts were recently purchased by GE Money Bank. I did receive a letter in my statement advising me there was a change coming. In April I mailed my payment with the statement I had received, and 3 days after the due date I received a letter from GE advising me that I had mailed my payment to the wrong address. When I received my May statement there was a $29 late fee for my mailing it to the wrong address. The way I see it, this was their screw-up and not mine because I mailed it to the address printed on the statement. I just wonder how many other customers they got to with this little scam.
