I am appauled and disgusted by the actions of this "loan servicer"

Our mortgage was sold to Litton in 2004. Since the day they took over the loan I have had problems with them. They had my home in foreclosure the day they started servicing the loan!! They said I was behind in payments and they intended to foreclose on my mortgage. Before they took over the loan they sent a letter explaining to us they were going to be servicing our loan starting in 15 days from the date of the letter. In this letter it also stated that there would be a 60 day grace period from the date they started servicing the loan. So How is it that they had me in foreclosure the day started service?? I had sent payment in to previous company less than a month before Litton took over. within a few weeks another letter came stating that there was an overage in escarow of almost 5000.00$$!!!! But my home was in foreclosure???? Lucky for me I had a paper trail so I could prove what ever I had to inclididng the fact that Litton had issued the wrong account number. this all happened within the first month. I ended up getting laidoff in 2005 for 11 months. As soon I got laidoff I contacted Litton to see if they could work with me and they said no just pay or we will foreclose. I eventually was forced to claim bankruptcy which protects me from foreclosure. well I got another kick in the teeth when I found out my bankruptcy attorney "used to" be one of Littons foreclosure attorneys!!!! What you would expect to happen did little by little until finally the bankruptcy was dismissed and my attorney no where to be found!! I attempted to call him to see what happened and lo and behold his number is no longer in service and there is no forwarding number. Now that left me wide open for foreclosure again. I found 2 lenders to refinance me and both tried to get payoff amount from Litton and got no response one of them got a hold of Littons attorney and couldnt believe how badly they were treated. come to find out he never forwarded the info to Litton, so they say, and the auction took place anyway. while the auction was in process I was frantically dialing Littons number over and over again until I finally got someone who finally granted a 30 day extension. This made no difference because the lenders couldnt get them to release a payoff amount. I have contacted the massachusettes Division of Banks and even with them involved still got no where. if there is anything anyone can do or any law that we overlooked that can help us can someone please email me and let me know?? we have lived here for 12 years and my 2 girls know no other home.

This is a disgrace I feel so helpless and defeated. This shouldnt be happening to anyone!! I dont know how these people sleep at night knowing they have lied an stole to get someones home, and for what? In my case my equity. I have made myself a promise to expose them for what they really are one way or another.
