aquariumguys.com this is one of those companies that do not want to

talk to you. be careful. if you sen them money you will not get it back

i have tried everything to contact them. i would welcome a response. but

i doubt it.

You're right. We do not care about an individual customer. It is easier to advertise and get two more for each one we lose rather than spending time on the telephone. Of course, most customers do not realize that "quality service" on our site and the invitation for help are only slogans on our site so our lack of service does not really matter until a customer has a problem. Then we just replace that customer with many others.
