Premier Health Plus

Hello,

Premier Health Plus has been automatically taking $14.95 out of my checking account monthly for the last 5 years! WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! The amount was small enough (monthly) that I only recently discovered it. With some research I have located several phone numbers for the company, several company aliases and every person I talked to on the phone couldn't even answer simple questions like, who's the owner! or what is the name of the company you're answering this phone for!!!
