I work for Cingular Wireless and all your complaints don't really matter because half the time your too stupid to figure out half of your issues yourself and all we do is laugh behind your backs or while your on the phone, at how ignorant and frustrated you get over a stupid ass cell phone...lol.. Half of the people who call in yelling and screaming are arrogant corporate business people who are too lazy to figure shit out themselves or don't have time to do it and we don't really care because it's not our fault you call us 10 minutes before you have a business meeting...Maybe if you idiots actually read the contract before signing it you would understand that we technically don't have to do shit for you, so go ahead and bash or customer service all you want, you probably get crappy customer service because your an asshole/bitch and you think you know what your talking about and you don't..so go to t-mobile we don't care.. Their are a lot of people who are happy with our service and if you want to brake contract we brake you with $175 fee per line on the account....so no one cares about your complaints...In my book and more than 95% of the reps who work for Cingular you are all idiots who we can laugh at all day because you get so worked up over stupid things instead of crap that actually matters, like your kids and your wife or whatever....I'm a cingular rep telling you all to get lives!!!!!lol...losers....
