I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from this company. One pair was shipped and the other was backordered. I cannot get in touch with this company to find out when the other pair will be shipped, nor can I obtain a refund from them. This pair of shoes that was backordered was for my grandson who had borrowed a pair of shoes to wear until these shoes were received. Skate America does not have a phone number as a contact. I CAUTION EVERYONE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to notify all of the dealers who supply this company to not endorse this company anymore. I guess I have lost the $79.99, plus the shipping of $16.98, plus the $1.97 Fuel Surcharge for trying to deal with this company.

I am 69 years old and keep my 3 grandsons supplied with shoes and clothing. Please be aware that this company is not reliable and will not return your email message and forget it - you cannot contact them by telephone. I have bought skate shoes from a company in Ohio and California for these 3 grandsons and have never had a problem with their shipping or customer service. My grandsons are 18, 15, and 12 years old. They all are skaters and wear their shoes out. I buy at least 12 pair of shoes a year for all of them combined.

I WANT TO CAUTION EVERYONE TO NOT DEAL WITH SKATE AMERICA. THEIR WEBSITE LOOKS GOOD, BUT YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL.
