Protect America Security

I made the mistake of signing up for this "service" initally for the "free" equipment. After receiving the equipment I found out that it could not be installed in my home. It still sits in its origional shipping package, never used.

I called Protect America Security support and was rudly told that regardless of wether I could use the equipment/service or not, the 3 year contract was still binding, with no exceptions. That was over 3 years ago.

Now, after receiving no communications, not a single bill, letter, phone call, nothing from Protect America Security, I receive a call from a collection agency demanding payment for 3 years of service that I've never received nor was ever billed for.

Do yourselves a favor and never sign up for service with Protect America Security!
