Complaint on Indian Airline Services

Dear Sir,


We would like to lodge a complain of the below standard service given by the INDIAN AIRLINE for their flight from BANGKOK - MUMBAI on the 9th April 2007.


After the incident , the undersign had gone to lodge a complaint personally to the Count Try Manager in Bangkok, but she refused to meet and to accept the complaint. On the contrary, she tried to prove that the problems occured was the passenger's fault.


We had lodge a complain to the Airline's Head Office via e-mail but till date have not received any response from them.


We shall appreciate if you could take up the matter on our behalf and the details of the incident is given in the letter attached.
