wirefly cell phone rebate

Address that i sent the rebate forms to are arizona and minnesota. Four rebates totalling $140 were to be received but the forms and information had to be sent in only between 180-210 days after activation. Don't know why that was just the rules. I initially sent all of the required information to an address in arizona. I called the company to find out about receipt of the info as I didn't want them to say the info was never received. Was told they are very busy and behind in processing and that i used an incorrect address even though the address i used was the one printed on the rebate form. I then sent exact duplicates of the 4 rebate information forms that I sent earlier but now i sent the information to an address in minnesota. However this second set was now past the 210 day limitation. Initially all four rebate claims were denied based upon my not sending the information in on a timely basis. At this point I have gotten them to accept two of the rebates but not the other two. It seems like they did get both of my packages butt they are saying only two rebates were in each package. they are accepting the two from the first pacakge and not the other two that were in the second. However there were four forms mailed each time. i think someone did not pay attention to all four claims in each pack. I am at a loss as to what to do next. THanks Alex West Palm Beach florida

I had a problem with wirefly sent the proper forms in and then sent them again. They had ever excuse in the book, never received the rebate and the customer service person was nasty and it was so "what are you going to do about it? ."sometimes being a grownup is not fun. Honesty in business is getting harder to find.
