Seafood Factory Quakertown Pa Family dinner turned NIGHTMARE.

On April 28 2007, after moving and unpacking my daughters stuff in her new apartment, we were all very hungry for some good seafood. The Seafood Factory was just down the road it was 10:00 PM so we stopped in and asked if they were still serving." Yes! Come on in! ". We were seated right away, our waiter was obviously very tired and very disorganized, but pleasant none the less.

Our party consisted of My two daughters, my wife, and a family friend who was helping out. Between my wife, one daughter, and my self there were no less than five items on the regular menu sold out. Plus one item on the special sheet. My part in the fiasco led to three no haves. After asking to speak to the manager, who was very impatient and offered little help except to make excuses that they had not received a food delivery. I decided on a hamburger and fries (in a seafood restaurant no less) I thought that would be safe.

I might add the Manager, when I ordered for the last time, indicated he would "Take care of me for my inconvenience". He did not say what or how however.

There were only 2 other tables with people at them, and it took 40 min. for our food to show up. The food was just ok but I never got the fries and coleslaw which I asked for in one of the original three no haves. .

Just as we were finishing a loud and scary confrontation between our waiter and, a person who I assume was the owner. The Manager was looking on while the "owner was throwing stuff around and castigating the waiter for some transgression he has dared to commit. Tacky and down right frightening for us.The waiter got "FIRED".

Now we wanted to exit stage left and fast but there is no one to give us our bill. We were very tempted to just leave, but finally another waitress brought our bill. Well that was wrong too, we were charged for food we never received, and no compensation for the earlier "inconvenience".

What can I say to further describe the dinner from hell, than guess what ? My wife got Montezuma's revenge later in the AM. She had a Crab Cake. Was it the dinner ? How does one prove that ?
