Bally

I went to Bally's using their 2 weeks free trail membership, then they told me about this TRAIL 30 DAY membership where I have to only pay $5 for the month and visit th gym 12 times to cancel it if I wanted to. Seemed like a good deal so I signed up TRUSTING THE EMPLOYEES THERE!

Now when I went to cancel over the phone they charged me $62 saying since I used the gym for 1 month during the trail I am supposes to pay for the month and it is mentioned in the contract. Can you believe it? Then what is the whole sense of calling this a Trail membership for $5!

The employee there never mentioned a word about this, just told me I can cancel it after a month and my only payment will be the $5.

The conclusion: These people at Bally’s are cheaters even though they mentioned this in their contract they told me something else verbally to mislead me. Why on earth would I spend $62 for a month when all other gyms nearby are much cheaper! Sadly I can’t do anything but pay the 62!

All I can do now is spread the word and hope that you people never ever trust the employees at Bally’s – dam cheaters!
