Dish Pronoto Charged me $9.99

Hi,

I had been contacted by dishpronto to install dish at my place. I told them that Dish already tried to install at my place one month back. The guy named Simon Jones told me he is aware that they were not able to install Dish at my place and can install now with some better technology. I agreed and he specifically told me that there will be one time $49.99 charge which will be refunded to me in my first moths bill, then he mentioned my monthly bill etc. At the end he said that he need to read some terms and conditions to me and I do not need to worry about anything since it will not change my payment terms etc. After that he gave me dish account number and payment authorization number. Two days later when I checked my credit card statement I came to know that there is an extra $9.99 cent charge on my account from dishpronto, upon calling them they said that I agreed for those charges and they sent email too (I read email after I saw charges and they mentioned that at the end. But again it was not told by their customer service rep). I told them that the agent did not tell me anything about these charges, they did not agree to this and they said that the agent have to read terms and conditions to the customers before sigh up. Then I realized that he may have read that statement, but as he mentioned earlier that it will not change my payment so I may be ignored this.

They cheated me on two things.

1. They told me that they can install Dish Network at my home after me telling them that I do not have clear line of site and dish already failed to install a month back.

2. They charged me $9.99 without clearly stating that to me. ( This explains why they lied in the first place, because they can still keep $9.99).

I called dishnetwork, they said they can not do anything since I was dealing with the retailer. I called dishpronto they are so rude, that they say I can not talk to their manager or superwiser as well as they will not return the money.

Please suggest what should I do about this?
