Blockbuster Online DVD rentals based in Texas is a sham!

The customer service department is staffed by monkeys that can only read from an idiot's guide to customer service. All of a sudden movies stopped shipping on my account. I always maintain at least 10 available movies as well as new releases scheduled for each Tuesday. My agreement with them is 2 movies at a time shipping 1 business day from availability listing. First I am told that just because a movie is listed as "available" does not mean it is available to me. There website misleadingly lists movies as available if they are available anywhere in the world but will not ship to me unless they are within a 3 day shipping window center. How is someone suppose to know what is really available then? The next reason I am told is that there is not enough "available" movies in my list so I add 25 more movies and still nothing ships. I am next told that it is still a little low and I should have 30-40 movies available (seems they add 10 to the requirements whenever needed). I tried to tell them that other customers in my area are receiving the movies on my list without problem or delay and please have a supervisor or tech check out my account. The next response I get is again that there is not enough movies listed ( there were 35 movies listed). If a company like Blockbuster cannot find at least 1 movie to ship out of 35 listed within 2 weeks then there is a big problem! maybe they should spend a few dollars more on intelligent customer service agents and less on the bulk rate they spend for idiots. Over 8 e-mails and I got a response from 8 different people each time. Replies to original agents were ignored. I have tried Netflix and if a movie is listed as "available" there, IT SHIPS! So if you people are torn between which place to go with, pick Netflix....more actual movies in stock and intelligent customer service agents.
