I recently cancelled my services with Bell Sympatico, after I cancelled my services and many phone calls later I was still being billed (for 3 months).The last time I called Bell I was told my b1 number did not match their records, After giving every piece of information I had, I was being told they couldn't help me because I didn't pass their sercuity.I asked 3 times to talk toa supervisor and was told they would not talk to me either. I finally got my services cancelled and was told my b1 number was given to 2 different people.(with no "were sorry")

If you have any other choice in an ISP in your area I would strongly suggest you use them instead of Bell Sympatico.

Also the part that got me was when they told me they can change your service agreement any time with no notice to the customer.
