Being Fit Fitness Center

I signed up with this gym, paid $$$ upfront to guarantee a low lifetime rate, and they are breaking the contract and raising rates. They say I can leave. But I won't get my $$$ back. The owner and his son fight constantly and have made several members cry and quit. I tried to be nice about it, but the owner just wants $$$....however he has to get it.
