Airtel - Worst Customer care

Hi,

 

I am a customer of Airtel Prepaid connection. A couple of days back on 5th March 07 in evening 8:30pm to 10pm, I called Airtel customer care(121) to confirm GPRS activation on my mobile.

Keeping patience I tried at least 25 times and spoke to different customer care representative everytime including (Sunil,Vishal,Manoj,Dinesh, Raj - so called team lead there) . None of them could answer my query on GPRS activation

 

Everytime I was given with the answer call 121 - choose language - select 4 - select 1 - again select 4 whereas the last 4 is not provided on call itself instead there is a option 9 to speak c.c.representative (So where from customer would get 4 option to choose ???)

 

When I asked Vishal to give transfer the call to some senior person I could get the information from, he handed over the phone to RAJ( a so called team lead) a worst customer care character I experienced in my life. This fellow was speaking in durty Bambayya hindi in background saying "Ab dekh main isko kaisa gana sunata hu" and started singing a dirty vulgar song on phone while I was still talking to him.

After he finished his nonsense, he simply hang up the call. Does it mean Customer Care Repre can speak any rubbish things to customer and simply hang up the call ?? I still tried to call back customer care many times and the phone is not answered at all !!! Its seems Airtel is not bothered at all about the Customer Service

It shows that Airtel have no value for customer's time and their most (educated ??) customer care repre. can speak any rubbish and nonsense things to the customer

Do Airtel have any system that monitors the calls happening with customers by their so called nonsense Customer Care (trained ?? ) representative .Never knew Airtel have pathatic customer service and worst customer reprentative who have no sense and manners to talk to customer.

Is there any way to get the Customer Care Manager's mail id or contact number so that these kind of incidences can be brought to their notice

 

Cheers Airtel !! to have one more customer who would never suggest others to get Airtel and get abused by Airtel Customer Care

I have had horrible experience with these morons as well, despite being corporate customer. But then I console myself by saying that this is not "customer service department", but it is "customer abuse department". Actually, I feel much better when I remember that, bceuase I resist the urge to call them :-)

i agree with you savita bcoz i have been facing the services provided by airtel..thats is unsatisfactory......i want to deactivate my gprs connection for my hndsets. the advisor are not able to solve it nor they can suggest and speak in a proper way. first of all they dont know how to speak to speak and understand the problem of customer............ i will never suggest others to get airtel connection....bad experience
