I AM A USER OF AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES JAIPUR AND SORRY TO SAY THAT I HAVE BEEN FEELING LIKE CHEATED AFTER RECEIVING MY FIRST BILL.

AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION THEIR EXECUTIVES COMMIT VERY ATTRACTIVE OFFERS LIKE FREE SERVICES FROM 21:00 TO 08.00 AND 400 MB FREE PER MONTH IN DAY HOURS BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY BILL I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICES USED AT NIGHT.

WHEN I COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE SATISFACTORY REPLY.

THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE I WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE HOW THESE KINDS OF BLUECHIP COMPANIES CAN CHEAT AN HONEST AND INNOCENT CONSUMERS.
