I would like to make a complaint about this Circuit City Store and I will never buy another thing from them. On 9/11/06 We purchased a Big Screen HD TV on 9/12/06 the color was changing, the TV would shut off randomly. I called Circuit City just about every day to bring it back with their 30 day guarantee. Every time I called I was told there was no manager on. I went to the store told there was no manager on. I called the 800 number and was told they would have the manager contact me. I never received any response from the manager. Of course my 30 day warranty ran out. So the TV had to go out for service. I have had the TV a little over 5 months and got to watch it for about 2 weeks. Morts TV took it out of my home on two different occasions and brought it back after a month each time and it was not fixed. I contacted RCA consumer relations and am getting the run around with them. They told me my TV would be replaced and someone would contact me within 1 week. Over a week went by and no contact. I called back and was told they were working on it. Still no reply. I call again and asked to speak with a supervisor. No supervisor available. They took my phone number and said I would hear by the end of the day. I called back at 4:00 pm because I still have not heard. They assured someone would contact me by the end of the day. The end of the day came and still no contact. This has been a nightmare and I have got no help from anybody. I am paying on a TV that I can not even watch.
