Reg complaint on whirlpool fridge...

Hi,

I'm Sivakumar. My uncle (Mr.K.Natarajan) bougt a whirlpool fridge (Model No: WRHA222N27) in 2003 and went for AMC upto 2008.

We have a problem, that the fridge is not getting cooled. So

we made a complaint with complaint no:38045 on 29/1/2007. Till

now we have contacted so many persons, but there is no

reponse from any of them. They simply say that they will attend

within 2 days without fail, but it crossed almost one and half

months.

We really fed of whirlpool customer service and we never expected such a poor service from a company like whirlpool.

I need a immediate reply for this complaint from whirlpool and also need neccessary actions asap.
