This company has the WORST business practices I have ever encountered.

After being told a price by phone to get my vehicle out of their storage, I went to retrieve it.

Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't take checks. I asked about credit cards, and was told cash only. I left to go get cash, and when I returned, was told the price just went up by $30 because the employee there didn't like my "attitude", even though HE was the one who failed to notify me they only took cash BEFORE I wasted a trip there.

After trying to contact the police to help resolve this situation, I was then told the normal storage fee of $25 per day, just went up to $50 per day for me. No matter how you look at it, THAT is discrimination !!

I will NEVER do business with this company, or their parent company ASAP Towing again.

If you ever have the misfortune of having to do business with this company.... GOOD LUCK!!

I would just like to reply to this statement first by saying that the reason this customer came into get his vehicle out of our storage facility was because it was impounded by the police. When the customer left our facility to go retrieve cash, he did so only after shouting profanities at employees and slamming our office door so hard that the room shook. So, due to having an attitude already because the police took his vehicle, he decided to take it out on us.
