Hello-

This is Sharon A. Rudolph (E-mail Email User) and I am having problems playing the different

games on Club Pogo. I also have no sound for the last month or so- this happens often to me.

The dice In Dice City Roller freeze up on me quite often.

Sometimes when the auction on Dice City Roller is up it never appears so a player cannot bid. I have been

in many different rooms to play Dice City Roller and this happens in all of them.

Why can't I get into the games that are being offered as a free trial?

What is going on? Is it possible for you to find a remedy for these problems I am havi

I am a Club Pogo member but I am getting very upset that I have all these problems and I am thinking of

dropping my membership even though I really enjoy playing the variety of games you offer when I am

able to connect into them.
