Pergo flooring

Our Pergo floor has warped at the joints, has dents and scratches - all of which weren't supposed to happen. We are disgusted with it and don't know what to do. It has been replaced once by the company where we purchased it. The replaced floor has more problems than the first one had.

It's been several years since the flooring was installed. Is there any way to get our money back? Thanks.
