Customer Service Complain

Dear Great Clips,

I would like to complain about a Great Clip branch located at 4624 Brandt Pike for its horrible service. I would like to complain that they are not serving on first come and first serve basis. I would really appreciate it if you took some actions to improve the service at this branch. If it is possible for you to call me at 236-9019 I would be glad to specify my complaint.
