Consumer Health Benefits Association of Coconut Creek, Florida. I signed up for an individual plan for a benefits plan for $119.95 per month with the company and when I got the information in the mail realized it wasn't at all what they had explained over the telephone. I called the company and spoke with a Josiah at 954-741-1443, who was very rude to me, argued with me the whole time, stating that he had given me the correct information about this plan, when i had written down everything that was said when i spoke with them the first time. I asked him to cancel my plan and to refund my money. i found a charge the next month on my bank statement and disputed it. They have been charging my account for 6 months for a total of about $700!! All while I asked them to cancel my plan! What is going on with this company? If you have had a similar experience with this company please make a complaint.
