this company is very rude

i have had a loan for a while, everyone at this company is very rude, degrating, inconsiderate.. there is a privacy law which westlake does not know about.. westlake disclose all your personal information to everyone and tries to bully or blackmale your contacts,,, this is totally wrong.. i hate i ever got a loan with this company...
