i have been called repeatedly by this marketing co, one call, i got the ladies name and company and told her to put me on her do not call list, a week later, at 8:43 pm on a work night and i told him to never call me again or i was going to take him to small claims court and sue for not honoring my do not call request. he informed me that they do not have to comply to the do not call requests because they are a non profit orginization and actually scolded me for being upset that they called my whule i was in bed. are they really a "no profit company, or is this another lie. I am thinking of going to the courthouse and filing a small claims suit for 500 dollars, which is the penalty for calling someone who asks you not to calll again or is on the donotcall list. any info would be appreciated
