problems with my holidays

hello I have a problem with my travel agency.The history started in the 9 of Frebuary when buying one package of holidays for Easter, for this time was 500 pounds to the south of Portugal. The problem is my holidays starting Thrusday 5 of April and yesterday I had a letter from the agency that was one problem with the fligh and now my flight going to be one week later,the refound for me the money but, the money with lucky, will be in my acount one day before of my holidays, maybe few days later.Other point in this moment with the money of my old holdays I only can buy a fligh or even spend a little bit more only flight . The last point lost already one week holiday because is to late for changed in my job

Somebody can help me to found, one solution is already no posible, but the way to make them pay all this,because even when I try to contact to them,on the beginning they answer to me but, when I try again and again to make them look for the solution of my problem,I call them, they pick the phone and straigh away they put down the phone.I fell really stupid and I need make them pay what they did to me and my boyfriend, because if I didn't say yes to the cancel of the travel I lose the money as well
