my experience in HUTCH/COIMBATORE...

I am a postpaid customer( 98437 99992) in hutch more than 2 years and their service is too bad and read my experience,


 


Last month I want to change my sim card and went to hutch showroom in coimbatore .they not ready to change the sim for free of cost but I explained the problem and they agreed to change the sim card free of cost. after 2 weeks I received the bill I was shocked that they charged Rs.150 for the sim card. so I spoke with the customer care people and they asked me to contact the hutch main gallery in coimbatore. it is 20 kilometers away from my home so I got the gallery number from hutch website and call them.the call attended by some body and told we can't connect to the gallery. so once again I called to customer care and ask the gallery number ,they gave me the same number Mentioned in the hutch websie ,at the same time customer care people said that your complaint noted about this problem. so once again I called to the gallery number and I asked to connect it, but .the phone attended by security and he said we can't connect to gallery and asked me to come and meet by person


 


.what the hell are they doing, if a customer want to speak any emergency he should travel to the gallery? Then why did you have the customer care? why did you mention the phone number in your website ?you approved my sim card by free of cost but you chrarged in the bill. This is absolutely cheating and what the superior officers doing? they should know what kind of problem faced by the customers.in gallery, a customer takes atleast one hour to see the staffs and explain the problem
