Halsted Communciations this is in regard to our dish network satellite tv service. for the past few years,service has been deplorable. to call and speak to someone on the phone is a waste of time. we were offered local channels from direct tv, why don't we take the opportunity to use them. we were assured it was an easy transition. well we decided to go the local channels, so in jan. of 2007 , once we suspended our service for the winter, we wanted to see local channels. since then we have gotten the run around, lied to, misled, no shows on confirmed installation , dish replacement calls. how much more do we stand for? this company is deplorable and something has to be done about it. stephanie maglaras _____ See what's free at AOL.com.
