Empire Today - Shower Liner
I paid them $4,150 on March 5, 07, to redo my shower.
This was done on March 5, 6 & 7. However, the shower
door they brought was wrong; this is what the
installer said, so I assume the dimensions were wrong;
in addition, it was not the type of glass I ordered, &
it didn't have a towel rack, which I specified.
Incidentally, the whole job was ordered on JANUARY 21,
2007.
I was told on March 7 that a new shower door would be
brought & installed the following day or so.
It's now been more than 3 weeks. I find that not only
I paid for a shower that I can't use, & I don't know
when I will be able to use it, but I don't know if and
when I will be able to use it. I phoned dozens of
times; I never get a reply to my messages; every time
I contact someone, I am told that someone else will
contact me, that "the door has been ordered", but
noone does.
I wrote to their customer service Dept. that assured
me someone "from the president's office" would contact
me. I am still waiting for the phone call.
I cannot have my bathroom repainted either as planned;
this job has to be put on hold, until a shower door is
installed.
Enough is enough! I am filing a complaint with the
BBB.
And I want some money back for the prejudice.
