Harassment from AIRTEL

Harassment from AIRTEL Hi there, I have a mobile connection from airtel with number 98459-73889.I received a message from the airtel asking me to submit the residence proof in view of the government order. I duly submitted the following documents to the airtel outlet at 80ft road, koramangala, bangalore on the 20th of March 2007 and the same was duly accepted.(A self attested Photo, passport xerox, copy of bank passbook and latest statement along with the self declaration form duly filled) Inspite of this, i could not make my outgoing calls from yesterday(30 mar,2007).I had called up the customer care and the customer care gave me a code thro which i can activate the service. The code did not work and the customer care executive said,i shall try later as there could be a network problem. But, it never worked. Now, i find that i am unable to make incoming calls from today(31 march 2007) evening. I called up the customer care who seem to be very careless and not customer friendly. The customer care executive says the documents could have been misplaced by them and hence i have to submit a fresh set of documents again. Now, AIRTEL makes the customer suffer for their own mistake which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Airtel office doesn't acknowledge the receipt of the documents from the customers which makes life even more difficult. I hope some action is taken on this and that my mobile services shall restore at the earliest. You can also refer to my calls(recoreded) to customer care made today(4 calls).
