Greetings,

 

Complaint (Request) to change my plan from 249talkthon to 299talkplan. also activate corporate special SMS Pack. I was promised for a plan of 299 for a plan change amounting to Rs-800 it was with our receipt. I was assured the bill will be given for my payment after activation. Kindly do look into the issued, I find things fishy. If I get no response, I will go ahead with legal procedures. Pls find the franchisee communications mail below and my account details also.

 

My connection was transfered from prepaid to postpaid through your franchiese (DSA)

Dear Representative,

 

Recently I converted my private airtel number from prepaid account to postpaid retaining the same number 9845039274. The marketing executive of the DSA suggested me a plan Rs 249 rental + Rs50 clip charges+ 400 minutes of A2A free and 200 minutes of A2GSM free + on completion of free minutes the charges would be 40ps/ minute for A2A and so and so forth. I am not aware of the plan name he suggested.

 

Whereas, now the CSR in the call centre says I get only 300 minutes A2A free. The marketing executive says to drop in an email to Airtel.

Further to our discussion, the plan we had discussed before coverting my prepaid to postpaid is different from the one conveyed by the call centre executives of Airtel.

 

Please convert the same to the one specified to me (400 min A2A Free and 200 min A2GSM free and 40ps/ min thereafter) ASAP.
