vacum cleaner not working/bad service from service center at borivali branch

hi,

i want to complaint about the service I am geting from your Borivali center in Mumbai.

I had complained about my vacum cleaner not working, approximatly 15- 20 days back at the borivali branch and the phone # for that branch is 28544407 and i was told that some one will come to see whats the problem in the machine how ever no one has turned up till now.

every time when I call them they say that we have send some one to my address and i am highly disappointed with this. hope to see some result of my complaint.
