Tracfone has one of the wrorst websites I've ever experienced. Try to buy a phone, you get an error message telling you to phone their 800 number. Call the number and you get a recorded message to use their website.

Managed to buy a phone and went through the same rigamarole trying to activate it.

Reading the number of complaints my only reaction is that this company doesn't desrve to stay in business!
