pizza/ dominoes pizza Order Summary
Your Domino's Store (#6816): 602 N Highway 78, Wylie, TX 75098 972-442-6101
I have been ordering pizza from this location for the past 5 years without incident. The last two times i ordered a pizza with extra mushroom, pepperoni, and cheese. These were the saddest pies i have ever seen. Having worked in the pizza business for 10 years i know what a pizza should look like. Both times i asked to talk with a manager and was directed to Pam. She was so rude that i swear i will never order from this location again. I may not even do business with this company at all. She told me that it was extra toppings on my order and i would have to order triple toppings if i wanted it stacked. There was only one piece of pepperoni on each slice with the exception of two pieces that shared an extra half each. It was the same thing with the mushrooms. I am not some cheapo trying to gripe because my pizza wasnt perfect. They had done so good in the past years and i just don't get why they're going downhill. I know the drivers will be dissapointed since i always tip five dollars.

We have graph charts, and so we put on what we are told to put on. She is actually correct in that you will have to order triple to have it stacked. We have employees who will come in and talk about how they use to work at Domino's years ago, and they all claim and acknowledge that the business has changed a lot since they were in it, so much so that most of them have to be trained again. I know how you feel about that particular Domino's down in Texas, due to the fact I picked a "Reel Winner" on the eastside of Las Vegas, NV. I wanted to blame the shawdy service on the lack of civility in the City. But; I can't go there today! It is the Management of the powers that be, be it in the upper chambers of Corporate Circles. What goes around, surely comes down. Unfortunately, on an increasingly disappointed paying public.
